Race for Life 2010

I will be participating in Cancer Research UK 'Race for Life' at Hylands Park, Chelmsford on Sunday 4th July 2010.

This will be the fourth year I have run the 5k race. There will be lots of training over the next few months - as ever, I am keen to improve on my finish time which tends to hover around the 40 minute mark!
