‘Edge of Darkness’ is the latest addition to my ethereal landscape collection. The paintings focus is on the British coastal landscape. This painting is based upon a photograph of The Strood, Mersea Island, Essex. Created in oil on a 406 x 305 mm canvas board.

    I really like it. It's kind of a haunting image, the monochromatic color scheme works really well.
