I popped down to The Shiny Shed this afternoon and met creator/owner/artist Holly English. Under the slogan 'Your money is no good here ...' The Shiny Shed is an art swap-shop and creative haven where you can drop in and leave your artistic mark on Chelmsford - as well as support others to start using their creative talents. There will be a variety of creative events taking place over the next six weeks including art, live music, dance and magic.

The Shiny Shed is currently situated at Unit 19-20 High Chelmer Shopping Centre, Chelmsford. I have donated 'Ethereal' abstract landscape painting to the art swap-shop. The Shiny Shed officially opens on Monday 13th September and you can join them for an evening of live music and magic on Friday 17th September from 7.00pm 'til late.
